About the residence

The Ventura Terra Residence, is built next to Campus da Ajuda Food Unit, and in close proximity to the Faculty of Architecture, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, and the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences.

The Residence, of mixed occupancy, has rooms of different types, rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility and T1 apartments.

With a privileged view of the Tagus, it offers a 24-hour surveillance service and free wireless internet, thus helping to meet the needs of accommodation in an area that concentrates around 9000 students and which does not have enough quality alternatives at a low cost. Residents will be able to find, in this new space, the conditions of study, well-being and organization of their activities of daily living, suitable for the promotion of their goal with academic success.

The Residence has a person responsible for its functioning and internal management, as well as a superior technician, who selects the candidates for accommodation and analyzes their scholarship applications, also monitoring them during the your academic path.

The access rules and conditions for accommodation are defined in the Internal Regulation. If you want to apply for accommodation, it is essential that you become aware of it.
