About the residence

The Manuel da Maia Residence is located at the intersection of Av. Manuel da Maia with Alameda Dom Afonso Henriques, close to the Instituto Superior Técnico - Alameda Campus.

The location is privileged for students in general. It has easy access to public transport, various cultural and sports venues, shopping and entertainment venues.

This is a mixed-occupancy residence with single and double rooms, with a toilet outside the room. Inside, there are spaces designed for the large number of residents, a study room and areas for socializing and leisure. There are also areas for cooking food and for washing and drying clothes.

The Residence has access control with 24-hour security, video surveillance and scheduled rounds of the facilities. It also has a daily cleaning service, which includes cleaning all the common areas and weekly cleaning of the rooms.

The Residence has a person responsible for its operation and internal management.

This is a Residence made available to all Higher Education Institutions in the City of Lisbon, the management of which has been entrusted to SASULisboa.
