What is it?

The Whistleblowing Channel of the University of Lisbon applies to all complaints that fall under the scope of application of the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers (RGPDI), approved by Law No. 93/2021, of December 20, which transposed into national law the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report violations of European Union law.

It is an impartial and independent channel, which will receive your report(s) in an anonymous or identified form, treating them with secrecy and confidentiality.

How does it work?

Simply access the University of Lisbon's Denouncement Channel, through the link https://canaldedenuncia.ulisboa.pt external link icon and select the organic unit that is the object of this denunciation.

When you submit your grievance a ticket number will be automatically generated, which should be kept safely throughout the process, since that is the means by which you will be able to consult and follow the status of your process, as well as send communications.

After the submission of the complaint you will receive within seven working days a notification indicating receipt of the complaint, as well as information on the requirements, competent authorities and form of admissibility for the submission of an external complaint.
