About the residence

The Residence Nossa Senhora da Paz is located in a residential area of Lumiar, occupying a beautiful old two-storey house, with a terrace at the front and a garden at the back. It is located in an area where street commerce predominates, at the same distance from Campo Grande and Quinta das Conchas metro stations, allowing easy access to any part of the city.

It has the capacity to accommodate Professors/Researchers, offering double and single rooms. The rooms are equipped with: a bed, a bedside table, a desk and a wardrobe. Weekly towels and bed linen are provided and free daily cleaning is ensured (weekdays).

The residence has a person in charge of its operation and internal management, as well as a senior technician, who selects the accommodation candidates and monitors them during the accommodation.

The rules and conditions of access relating to accommodation are set out in the Rules of Procedure. If you wish to apply for accommodation, you must be aware of it.
