It occupies the top floor of a Residence for students (Residência Egas Moniz), located in an area of the city where it is possible to find, in addition to traditional street shops, several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, which facilitate the management of everyday life, and it is served by an excellent transport network to different parts of the city, including the Cidade Universitária, Instituto Superior Técnico and Ajuda campuses.

This accommodation unit, with mixed occupancy, has the capacity to accommodate 4 Professors/Researchers, spread over 3 rooms, also providing a room for residents to socialize. The rooms are equipped with: a bed, a bedside table, a desk and a wardrobe. Weekly towels and bed linen are provided and free daily cleaning is ensured (weekdays).

This accommodation unit have a person in charge of its operation and internal management, as well as a senior technician, who selects the accommodation candidates and monitors them during the accommodation.
