About the residence

The TTC@ULisboa residence is located in Cidade Universitária, behind the building of the Technology Transfer and Knowledge Valorisation Center of Universidade de Lisboa, next to the intersections of Av. Professor Gama Pinto and Av. das Forças Armadas, allowing access on foot to all specific Faculties on the Cidade Universitária Campus.

It is located in an area of Faculties and services, close to transports that allow easy access to any part of the city. With accommodation capacity for 11 people, this housing unit consists of 5 apartments of the following typologies: 1 apartment T3, 1 apartment T0 and 3 apartments T1.

All apartments have independent entrances directly to the street, ensuring the privacy of the occupants. The rooms are equipped with: a bed, a bedside table, a desk and a wardrobe. Towels and bed linen are provided weekly, and free daily cleaning is provided (weekdays).

The apartments have a person in charge of its operation and internal management, as well as a senior technician, who selects the accommodation candidates and also monitors them during the accommodation.

The rules and conditions of access relating to accommodation are set out in the Rules of Procedure. If you wish to apply for accommodation, you must be aware of it.

Within a radius of a few meters to 3 km, you will find various services and commercial spaces available that are very useful for daily life. We highlight, among others, the following:

- All the Faculties that constitute the University City Campus; ISCTE; Escola Superior de Enfermagem de Lisboa.

- Supermarkets: Modelo Continente, Pingo Doce, Campo Pequeno Continente Shopping Center, Alvaláxia Shopping Center, Colombo Shopping Center.
